Simple Banana Bread Recipe
This is my favorite easy banana bread recipe. Some recipes are complicated with hard-to-follow directions, but this recipe will make two loaves of banana bread with little effort.
I use Einkorn all-purpose flour and butter at room temperature in this recipe.
I make banana bread a few times per week… it’s a great breakfast.
Simple Banana Bread Recipe

servingsEasy, quick banana bread. Mix everything in one mixing bowl and bake.
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour ( Einkorn all-purpose works well)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup room-temperature butter
3 ripe bananas, smashed up
Directions
- Smash the bananas up in one big bowl
- Mix the other ingredients into the big bowl
- Butter two loaf pans evenly and divide the mixture into both pans.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until the center is fully cooked
